This is beautiful Crone wisdom I learned from Nancy, the “official crone” of the community in DC that I used to co-lead. Nancy didn't invent this, but she did introduce me to it. You can do this as visualization or a use a physical exercise; both work very well. Use this to reassess your priorities during this shift in the seasonal spiritual focus.
I love it for the month of Shevat (שבט) because the Hebrew name for the astrological sign Aquarius is D'li (דלי) Bucket, but it’s really great any time you need to reassess your priorities.
What you Need:
D'li (דלי): a bowl or bucket that will hold water
6 Rocks
12 Pebbles
Sand
Water
The rocks are the big priorities in your life. The pebbles are the smaller priorities in your life. The sand is all the other stuff, and the water is everything else. Spend some time on this, and really see if you can figure out what your real priorities are.
Find a bowl that doesn’t quite look like it can hold all the sand, pebbles, and rocks as well as water.
