In preparation for Soul Trait Studio Adar 5783, I explored Talmud Avodah Zarah 20b.10. I was unsatisfied with the translations, so I decided to undertake my own. I left out the final line from the STS practice, which I include here. I felt it distracted from the point of the practice — and needed to do a full unpacking of the term “chasidut” to understand it.
